Feature Project- ICM Asphalt Plant Relocation:

In the fall of 2010 CSE was awarded a "Turn Key" Asphalt plant move from Cheswold, DE to Powhatan, VA. During the Delaware phase the project consisted of dismantling the electrical, process piping, and equipment. CSE was responsible for transporting over 25 loads of plant equipment with over 60% of the loads being over-size and over-weight. The heavy hauls required special DOT permits in two states and night deliveries were utilized for the largest silos weighing 60,000lbs. The dismantling and delivery process was completed on schedule in 30 days

Phase two of the project in Powhatan, VA is the plant reassembly. The plant must be up and producing Asphalt by Mid March 2011. Acting as the "Turn Key" Contractor for the complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping installation, CSE assures their client the plant will be operational by Mid March. CSE is also performing various mechanical upgrades on the plant during the reassembly phase.
